![]() 山东兴大食品集团有限公司始建于1976年；随着国家经济体制的不断深化和改革，1994年5月18日率先在临沂市农产品加工国有企业试点中改制创建为家股份制企业；1996年7月临沭县人民政府授权种植经营3600亩的农场土地使用权，同年12月份被国家外经贸部赋予自营进出口权；企业规模的增大，于1997年创建了临沭县兴大食品集团有限公司；为企业经营的需要，2003年12月被国家工商行政管理总局批准为山东兴大食品集团有限公司。
山东兴大食品集团有限公司是集科研、开发、种植、加工、进出口贸易为一体的综合性、外向型企业。
集团公司主要生产经营各种果菜脱水、保鲜、速冻、盐渍、深加工制品。年加工周转量16.2万吨各种果蔬菜制品。其中年转化农产品--大蒜原料11.5万吨，延伸制品有AD、FD蒜制品(片、粒、丁、粉)，保鲜蒜制品(蒜头、蒜苔、蒜米、蒜碎、蒜蓉、蒜汁)，速冻蒜制品(蒜米、蒜丁、蒜泥、蒜苔)，盐渍蒜制品(蒜头、蒜米、蒜苔)，其他蒜制品(蒜油、蒜罐头、烤蒜米、烤蒜粒及大蒜相关制品)。除蒜制品外，公司还生产经营加工洋葱、辣椒、辣根、姜、胡萝卜、萝卜、菠菜、草莓、芦芛、板栗、苹果、黄白桃、芋头、荷兰豆、青刀豆、西兰花、桔梗、牛蒡等。特别是2003年公司引进了一套全自动花生筛选生产设备，形成了花生果、花生米、去红衣花生米、烤果年加工能力2万吨的规模。
产品除了销往传统的市场如日本、韩国、新、马、泰、港澳地区外，目前主要销往北美的美国、加拿大、巴拿马、委内瑞拉、哥伦比亚；南美的巴西、阿根廷；大洋洲的新西兰、澳大利亚；中东地区的以色列、阿联酉；欧洲的法国、德国、比利时、西班牙、英国、荷兰以及北欧的俄罗斯；非洲的南非、纳米比亚等。
集团注重采用先进技术设备，狠抓质量管理，率先在同行业中获得ISO9002、HACCP质量管理体系认证，经济效益稳步提高。多年来，集团多次被上级政府及有关部门授予“出口创汇先进企业”、“重合同、守信用企业”等称号，在国内外享有较高的声誉。

Xingda Group mainly produces and markets such product series as garlic,garlic bolt, ginger, onion, horse radish, Chinese onion, radish, burdock, carrot, chestnut, canned garlic clove(garlic sauce), canned fruit, peanut and straw and willow arts and crafts, which have a ready market in over 30 countries and territories such as the USA, Canada, Brazil, Austrlia, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Russia, U.K., the EU, South Africa and so on.
Xingda Group covers an area of 3,600mu, sesses 120 million yuan of total assets, 39 million yuan of registered capital and has 1,300 of 30,000 tons of chilling stores and a chilled product processing line. It has a 60 ton/day AD production line introduced from the U.S.A and a 50 ton/day freezing line and a 30,000-ton/year peanut products production line. Xingda Group persistently sticks to the science and technology stimulation strategy and continuously improves and intensifies the intensive operation mode of "integration of science, industry and trade and the serial operation of production, production,processing and marketing".
